Do our members have to do anything?+
No. We read their careers pages as they are. Members who want more visibility can buy a featured listing, but nobody has to post.
What if a member doesn't have a careers page?+
They can post on your board directly, or send their openings to you and you post them. Members that list jobs through an ATS such as Greenhouse or Lever are usually the quickest to connect.
What happens when a job is filled?+
When a job disappears from the member's site, it comes off your board on the next check.
Can members pay less than non-members?+
Yes. Create a coupon code for members and share it in your member newsletter.
Do you connect to our AMS?+
Not yet. Job seekers and employers sign in with email, Google or LinkedIn. If you need single sign-on through your AMS, tell us which system you use.
Who owns the revenue and the data?+
You do. Payments go straight to your own Stripe account, and you can export candidates, alert subscribers and analytics as CSV whenever you like.
