Is there a setup fee?+
No. There are no hidden costs or setup fees, you only pay the subscription. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial.
Can I use my own custom domain?+
Yes. Every board gets a free subdomain out of the box, and on the Advanced and Enterprise plans you can attach your own custom domain with automatic SSL.
Who processes the payments on my board?+
You do. Your board connects to your own Stripe account, and money from job postings, subscriptions, and other products goes directly to you. easyboard takes no cut of your revenue.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?+
Absolutely. You are never locked in, you can cancel from your billing settings whenever you like.
Do I need coding or design skills?+
No. easyboard is a no-code platform: themes, a visual page builder, custom pages, and every setting live in a friendly dashboard. If you want to go further, you can inject your own code, but you never have to.
How do I get jobs on my board from day one?+
The built-in aggregation engine imports jobs from external sources and keeps your board filled automatically, so you never launch with an empty page. You can also post jobs manually or let employers post and pay for their own.
Can I migrate an existing job board?+
Yes. The importer, the REST API, and XML feeds cover most migrations, and we are happy to help. Reach out via the contact page and we will walk you through it.
How secure is easyboard?+
Every board is served over SSL, payments run through Stripe, and authentication is handled by WorkOS, the same infrastructure used by large SaaS companies. Enterprise plans add SSO/SAML.
