Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of easyboard, the platform available at easyboard.co and its related applications and hosted job boards. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

easyboard lets you create, customize, operate, and monetize job boards. We host your board, and you control its content, branding, pricing, and audience. We may improve or change features over time; we will not materially reduce the core functionality of your plan during a paid term without notice.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your workspaces.

Billing, trials, and cancellation

  • Every plan starts with a free trial (14 days). A payment method is required to start the trial; you are not charged until the trial ends.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually) until cancelled.
  • You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current period runs to its end and fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise.
  • Prices may change; we will give at least 30 days notice before a renewal at a new price.

Your content and your board's revenue

You own the content on your boards. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, display, and deliver it. Payments taken on your board (job postings, subscriptions, products) run through your own Stripe account: that revenue is yours, and your relationship with your board's customers is between you and them. You are responsible for your board's compliance with the laws that apply to it, including its own privacy disclosures and any taxes on its sales.

Data processing

For personal data that we process on your behalf as your data processor (for example your board's candidates and employers), our Data Processing Agreement and the list of sub-processors form part of these terms and are deemed accepted when you accept them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • publish content that is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or infringes others' rights;
  • run scams, fake job listings, or collect personal data under false pretenses;
  • send spam or violate email regulations with the messaging tools;
  • probe, overload, or disrupt the platform's security or availability.

We may suspend or terminate boards that violate these rules.

Service availability

We work hard to keep the platform fast and available, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these terms. After termination, we retain your data for a limited wind-down period (see the Privacy Policy) so you can export it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced to account holders by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
